Cleaning
Your property will be cleaned to the highest standard as and when you wish using our own cleaning materials and equipment.
There are several types of clean depending on your needs.
Cleaning may be combined with
pre-arrival and
post-departure services, to ensure your property is immaculate
for you and your guests, and restored to pristine condition after your holiday.
Laundering and ironing of your linen (bed sheets, pillowcases, towels & tea towels) will be undertaken following departure of your guests, ensuring that it is fresh and clean.
We can provide welcome packs on your or your guests’ arrival. A standard welcome pack consists of:
- tea, coffee, milk & sugar
- bread, butter & marmalade
- fresh orange juice
- a large bottle of mineral water
A deluxe welcome pack consists of:
- a standard welcome pack plus
- cereal
- bacon
- eggs
- sausages
Individual packs or extra items including alcohol, fruit baskets and flowers can be provided on request.
Meet & Greet
We can provide a meet and greet service at your property for your guests. This can be combined with taxi collection by a reputable, legitimate taxi company at the airport. The meet & greet service includes an orientation to your property and the complex.
Pool & Garden Maintenance
Pools and gardens need to be well cared for by experts. This service can be arranged and monitored by us but will be carried out by professional, reputable pool and garden maintenance companies.
Taxi & Car Hire
For your convenience we can arrange taxis and/or car hire from the airport or your property. We use well-established, dependable companies.
General Maintenance & Repairs
In order that your property is kept in good condition you will require periodic general maintenance. Painting, electrical, carpentry, plumbing can all be arranged. This would be carried out by professionals and managed by us.
Replacement of Furnishings & Fittings
You may wish to add to or replace some items in your home from time to time. We can obtain quotes from reputable suppliers, take delivery and oversee installation of everything from televisions to tea spoons.
