Cleaning Services
Your property will be cleaned to the highest standard as and when you wish using our own cleaning materials and equipment. There are several types of clean depending on your needs.
Standard Clean:
- Hoover and mop all inside floors
- Brush and mop all balcony/veranda floors and dust down railings
- Clean windows and window tracks
- Cleaning of all surfaces and doors
- Cleaning the inside of all cupboards, wardrobes and units
- Cleaning of kitchen including inside cupboards, fridge, freezer and oven.
- Cleaning of bathrooms
- Check that property is clean
- Beds made up with fresh linen
- Clean towels put out
- Switching on of water and electricity at mains and within your property
- Switching on your fridge and freezer
- Placement of balcony furniture
- A welcome pack can be provided (extra)
A pre-arrival visit and a clean can be combined.
- Emptying of all rubbish bins
- Emptying the fridge and freezer
- Removal of all perishable foodstuff
- Inventory check
- Removal and laundry of all linen (separate charge)
- All doors and windows made secure
- Switching off of water and electricity within your property and at mains. (meter readings can be taken)
A post-departure visit and a clean can be combined.
Spring Clean:
- Standard clean (as above)
- Clean the filters of all air conditioning units
- De-scale the kettle, shower heads and taps
- Turn the mattresses
- Application of a drain cleaning solution to all drains
- Clean the solar panels
