Keyholding Services
An annual key holding contract ensures peace of mind. Your property will be checked every two weeks, and you will be provided with an e-mail report that same day. Your keys will be kept securely away from the property, identified by a security number (not your address) for added safety.

Included in this service:
- You will be given 24 hour a day contact numbers - you or your guests may use this service in case of emergency. We will attempt to solve any problem over the telephone but if we deem that a call out to your property is necessary this will be done. (There is a call out charge.)
- An inventory will be made of all removable items in your property. This will be checked as part of the post departure visit. Any damages, losses or breakages will be reported to you.
- A guest information pack will be provided. This includes general information on Cyprus (tourist attractions, weather, transport), the local area (beaches, eating out, shops) and to aid your guests’ comfort, safety and enjoyment, a section on your property (use of pool, air conditioning, water heater etc). The pack will be updated regularly, to ensure all information is current.
The fortnightly check involves:
- Electricity and water will be switched on at the meters on arrival and off on departure.
- Electricity will be switched on within the apartment and all bulbs will be checked.
- All taps & toilets on the property will be checked for any leaks or blockages.
- General inspection of the property for obvious signs of any emerging issues, such as damp, settlement, insect infestation and so on.
- All doors and windows will be checked for security.
- The solar panels and the water tanks on the roof will be checked for cracks or leaks.
- Your post box will be checked. Mail will be put into your apartment or posted to your UK address as per your instructions.
- Any external stairways, lifts and common areas including pool will be observed for cleanliness, lights, safety.
